This was the day after the Full “Harvest” Moon which illuminates the landscape here – the Moon is off-camera to the right. This is looking north to Polaris, Big Dipper (at left) and Cassiopeia (at right). This is an 8-second exposure at ISO 800 with the Canon 5D MkII and 16-35mm lens at f/2.8. It is one frame of 330 shot for a time-lapse movie.
