Moon near Jupiter & Hyades (March 17, 2013)

The waxing crescent Moon near Jupiter (above) and Aldebaran and the Hyades star cluster (below) on the evening of March 17, 2013. Shot from near the VLA in New Mexico, the same night as the comet image over the VLA. This is a 7-image HDR stack of exposures from 6 seconds to 1/13s in one stop intervals with the 135mm telephoto lens at f/2.8 and Canon 60Da camera at ISO 400. The camera and lens were on the iOptron tracker.
