The amazing detail along the lunar terminator on an 8-day-old Moon, taken April 26, 2015. The craters, mountain ranges, and wrinkle ridges in the luanr seas stand out in staark relief. This is a two-frame mosaic taken at the prime focus of a Celestron C9.25 telescope, using the Canon 60Da camera. I stitched the two segments using Adobe Camera Raw 9’s new Photomerge function in ACR, yielding a panoramic Raw file.
